We have been working hard the last couple months to prepare for agents to join our team! I plan to hire 2 licensed agents by this fall, the first one thru a pilot program I custom designed for a newer, ambitious agent that has a few closed sales, but not getting the training they expected or hoped for. Once that agent has settled in and we have our on-boarding process worked out, we will begin advertising for Agent #2, a more seasoned, full commission agent, perhaps looking for a better fit with a smaller broker, more flexibility, less corporate politics, etc. With my personal training and oversight, Hoeferkamp Real Estate will grow slowly with top notch professionals that their clients can rely upon.
Today, I am offering an "earn to learn" position that is quite rare for our industry, for an agent to be expertly trained to list and sell homes at a higher level, while being paid as an employee with a full time salary! There will be an intense 4 month period of working 1-on-1 with me and my daily activities, while building their own client and sales business, followed by another 4 month period being closely monitored while being paid closing bonuses and increased sales commissions, then "graduating" into full brokerage activities with a strong client referral network at a high agent-to-broker commission split.

This unique real estate agent apprenticeship position pays salary and closing bonuses over 8 months for a licensed, full time agent who will "graduate" to full commission status with high split.
