Gary's Story.

I'm a St Louis native having been born and raised in the area. I have 34 years experience in selling real estate, 5 of those years in management. During that time, I have personally sold 483 homes, handled dozens of multiple offer situations, hundreds of inspection resolutions, and directly supervised another 1800 transactions. This has given me a thorough knowledge of real estate sales, the ability to avoid most potential problems that could upset the sale, and many satisfied clients! I also have been a Director for our local and state Association of Realtors, achieved Multi-Million Dollar and Lifetime Million Dollar Member awards totaling over $116,000,000 in closed sales, & received the Outstanding Service Award for client satisfaction. I have relocated 96 clients in and out of STL, represented 34 purchasers of new construction, and have coordinated 29 professional property stagings. I represent high numbers of accountants, doctors, and small business owners, as well as trustee, power-of-attorney and vacant home sales. I list and sell single family homes, villas and condos all over the St Louis area, and specialize in the suburbs of Manchester, Chesterfield, Ballwin, Town & Country, Wildwood, Creve Coeur, Kirkwood, Des Peres, Webster Groves and Fenton. In addition, I concentrate on Countrylane Woods subdivision and the Carman-Dietrich Road area in and near Manchester.
