There are five sections of Countrylane Woods with separate sets of trustees, restrictions and annual fees, totaling 1058 homes.
Countrylane Woods II is the largest with 497 homes and has monthly trustee meetings. They own the swimming pool, clubhouse and grounds on Country Stone just up from Big Bend which is available to their residents only and paid for thru their dues. They include the "terrace" section of contemporary homes in the Country Hill and Huntington View areas, plus the traditional homes in the Country Stone, Ploma and Century Oaks areas.
Gascony/Countrylane Woods is the second largest at 317 homes. They run along LaBonne Parkway from Carman to Gervas (almost to Big Bend) and own the Carman entrance with the gazebo, landscaped monument and surrounding fields. They hold annual meetings.
Countrylane Woods First Addition contains 154 homes and has the Carman entrance at Sunnytree, taking in the Winding Bend and LaFeil areas. They hold annual meetings.
Countrylane Woods Second Addition has 58 homes at the Mautenne entrance to 141 Outer Road and holds the Country Heights area.
Countrylane Woods, with no other delineation, includes 32 homes and contains the Lombez entrance at 141 Outer Road with parts of Lombez and Dinard.
