The summer of 2013 brought us ambitious structural and aesthetic remodeling of the gazebo shelter at Carman and LaBonne. It looks great and very welcoming. There are also some fresh trees along the La Bonne Parkway medians which has received ongoing upgrades. 

Both Carman Road and (close to) Big Bend entrances to the subdivision on LaBonne Parkway are located in the Gascony section of Countrylane Woods, and maintained by their annual dues.
