The CLW 1st Addition annual homeowners meeting for 2016 was held on November 15th at the Manchester Police Facility. Mayor David Willson and Alderman Mike Clement (Ward 2) were in attendance and gave city updates. Topics were deer control, ash trees, street repairs, creek project, recent car break-ins at nearby subdivisions, and Manchester Arts changes. 

Outgoing Trustees are: 

George Gray, Jacob Wahlig, Mary Beth Checkett, and Derrick Williams, thank you for your service. 

Current Trustees are: 

Ralph Geisler, President 
John Schultz, Treasurer 
Ann Schultz, Secretary 
Denise Stoner, at large (elected at meeting) 

Topic discussed was how to welcome new residents into the neighborhood. In the past, some information including the indentures were delivered to them. Ann and Ralph are going to discuss with Gary Hoeferkamp about how to track the incoming residents.
